- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

Vibescape aggregates content from various third-party sources including TMDB, YouTube, and other trusted sources. We do not host or own this content. All content belongs to their respective owners and is subject to their terms of service.

You may not use Vibescape:
- In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation

- In any way that infringes upon the rights of others
- To engage in any automated use of the system

The materials on Vibescape are provided on an 'as is' basis. Vibescape makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
7. Limitations
In no event shall Vibescape or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Vibescape, even if Vibescape or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
